Dermaplaning

What Is Dermaplaning?

Dermaplaning is a form of exfoliation that uses a sterile surgical scalpel to gently "shave" the skins surface. This removes the top-most layer of dead skin and facial hair "Peach Fuzz" while exfoliating the skin to regenerate new skin cells. This leaves the skin with a smooth and a much brighter complexion. The treatment will reduce the appearance of acne scarring and any skin that may have sun damage. The treatment usually takes around 30 minutes and leaves the skin soft and smooth. A sterile disposible blade will be used for each patient for each individual treatment.

What are the benefits of having the treatment?
